End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, creating an account, or using the Insight app, you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to the terms, do not use the app.

2. License Grant

By creating an account and using the app, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the app for personal, non-commercial use only, subject to these Terms.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works of the app
• Distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the app to third parties
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the app for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Misuse the app or engage in behavior that violates our policies
• Post objectionable, abusive, harmful, or unlawful content

We enforce a zero-tolerance policy toward objectionable, abusive, or unlawful behavior.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we consider harmful or inappropriate.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the app and delete any copies in your possession.

6. Updates and Changes

Insight may provide updates or changes to the app or this EULA. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

7. Privacy

Use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.

8. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Insight does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and is not responsible for any damages resulting from use of the app.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Insight be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.

10. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.

11. Agreement Acknowledgement

By signing up, creating an account, or using the app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this End User License Agreement.
